Cookie & Storage Policy

Last updated: March 2026

1. Overview

MorpheusFlow Streetworks ("the Service") primarily uses browser localStorage rather than traditional HTTP cookies. This policy explains what is stored in your browser, why, and how to manage it.

2. What We Store

localStorage (set by the Service)

The following items are stored in your browser's localStorage when you use the Service:

Key Purpose Category Lifetime
morphusflow_access_token JWT access token for authenticating API requests Strictly necessary Until logout or token expiry
morphusflow_refresh_token JWT refresh token for obtaining new access tokens Strictly necessary Until logout or token expiry
morphusflow_user Cached user profile (display name, email) for the UI Strictly necessary Until logout

These are all strictly necessary for the Service to function. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), strictly necessary storage does not require consent.

Cookies (not set by us)

The Service itself does not set any HTTP cookies. However, the following third-party service may set cookies in your browser:

Provider Purpose Details
Stadia Maps Map tile rendering When map tiles are loaded, your browser makes requests to Stadia Maps servers. These requests may result in third-party cookies being set. See Stadia Maps Privacy Policy.

3. Analytics

The Service does not currently use any analytics cookies or tracking technologies. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated and, where required, your consent will be obtained before any analytics cookies are set.

4. How to Clear Stored Data

You can clear the data stored by the Service at any time:

Option 1: Log out

Logging out of the Service clears your authentication tokens from localStorage.

Option 2: Clear manually via browser settings

To clear all localStorage data for the Service:

  1. Open your browser's Developer Tools (press F12 or Ctrl+Shift+I).
  2. Go to the Application tab (Chrome/Edge) or Storage tab (Firefox).
  3. In the left sidebar, expand Local Storage and select the Service's domain.
  4. Right-click and select Clear, or delete individual entries.

Option 3: Clear all site data

In your browser settings, you can clear all data for the Service's domain. This will remove localStorage entries and any third-party cookies associated with the site. The steps vary by browser:

  • Chrome/Edge: Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear browsing data
  • Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Manage Data
  • Safari: Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data

Note: clearing localStorage will log you out of the Service.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. If we introduce non-essential cookies or tracking in the future, we will obtain your consent through a clear mechanism before setting them.
